CAMPAIGN DETAILS:
To capitalize on its acquisition of the rights to air the popular television series Sex & the City, a national cable network engaged JCG Associates to help announce the coup at its Upfront Party. JCG developed printed invitations which rolled up for insertion into a plastic wine bottle that were hand delivered to each advertising agency client. Once the bottles were uncorked, each invitation floated up for the recipient to read. At the event, each attendee received a black box tied with a pink ribbon bearing the imprint “Sex & the City.” An inner box held a martini glass filled with fuchsia pebble candles and a t-shirt compressed to form the series’ trademark stiletto heel – as an after party reminder of the characters’ lifestyles and the cable network airing it.

CAMPAIGN DETAILS:
To build client interest in attending an all expense paid “Spring Training Getaway to Arizona,” a national cable service provider retained JCG Associates to create a dimensional direct mailing program inviting clients to “get in the game.” Invitees received a white box shaped like home plate bearing the tagline “Winter Survival Kit.” Inside the “grass-lined” box, nestled an invitation to the event, a bag of Cracker Jack and shelled peanuts. Clients’ response was enthusiastic and attendance 100%. Today, this cable company’s “Spring Training Getaway” is an annual event.

CAMPAIGN DETAILS:
When a large wireless communications network wanted to launch a new product that allowed customers to connect to one another in less than a second, they engaged JCG Associates to create a dimensional package that would introduce the product and “demonstrate” how the product worked. JCG’s mandate was that the media mailer had to be simple, colorful and eye catching. JCG created a black box housing two silver soup cans connected by a single white cord. The message - the lines of communication have changed. The message imprinted outside the box was “CAN” in multiple colors. Inside was a list of the product’s capabilities. JCG also inserted a fanfold brochure listing “FACTS” along with a mini Demo CD.

The result? The mailing generated enormous media interest which resulted in significant coverage of the product in all major media.

CAMPAIGN DETAILS:
When a large financial services institution sought to build internal business relationships and integrate cross-selling platforms, they retained JCG Associates to launch a company-wide campaign entitled “The Big Picture”. Employees received full-size movie film reel tins filled with concession-sized candy and microwaveable popcorn. Each was accompanied by a letter explaining the program and the rewards to be accrued by those building relationships and increasing customer business and loyalty.
